City Fish Market Opening Announcement

October 30, 2008 – City Fish Market is now open, serving Boca Raton’s largest selection of fresh seafood. The restaurant, occupying the former Pete’s location, is the second out-of-state opening for Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, a family-owned, multi-concept restaurant company based in Atlanta, Georgia. City Fish Market is based on the unique prime seafood concept from Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s Atlanta Fish Market, which opened in 1981.

Buckhead Life Restaurant Group Announces Plans For Boca Raton

RELEASED August 21, 2007 –ATLANTA – Buckhead Life Restaurant Group has announced plans to further expand its reach in South Florida’s Boca Raton. Its new restaurant – a more upscale version of Atlanta Fish Market – will be at 7940 Glades Road in West Boca Raton, overlooking a manmade lake. The Atlanta-based restaurant group, led by acclaimed restaurateur Pano Karatassos, has yet to release a name for the new property but plans to unveil the name and logo soon. The deal, which has been in the works for several months, was finalized on Monday, August 20 in Boca Raton.
Karatassos, who has been in business in Atlanta for 28 years and opened Chops Lobster Bar in Royal Palm Place in March 2007, says that this project is a natural next step for Buckhead Life.
