1. Online
2. In any Buckhead Life Restaurant
3. In the company’s home office on the second floor of the Atlanta Fish Market 


How will my Ultimate Card order arrive?
When you place your order, you may select mail or overnight delivery. Pick-up service is also available on the second floor of the Atlanta Fish Market 


When will my Ultimate Card order arrive?
Overnight orders placed by 2pm Monday through Friday will be processed for next day (weekday) delivery. Mail orders are usually processed within one business day. We suggest allowing 4 to 6 business days for mail delivery. 


When will I be able to use my Ultimate Card?
Your Ultimate Card will be activated 24 hours after you purchase it. 


Can I use my Ultimate Card for private parties?
The Ultimate Card cannot be used for private parties. 


May I use my Ultimate Card for gratuity?
The Ultimate Card can be applied to food & beverage only. 

Can I use my Ultimate Card with other Buckhead Life promotions?
The Ultimate Card may not be used in conjunction with the Status Card, Summer Dine Around or other Dining Incentives. It may be used with specially-priced menus and events.
